BoekStart
It starts with reading.
Reading a book together – pointing out pictures and telling stories – strengthens the bond with your baby. And children who have been read to as babies are better at language later on.
So you can’t start reading aloud early enough. With this in mind, BoekStart was born: a program that allows children from 0 to 4 years old and their parents to enjoy books.
In January 2024 we lounged BoekStart Curaçao. We are very excited!
BoekStart is a reading promotion program for you and your child. You will be encouraged to enjoy reading books together and will be encouraged to go to the library.
In the Library, the staff can advise you on suitable books and activities are organized for you with your young child.
